Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
User Content
You retain full ownership of all content submitted to Rahmani Records, including music recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, videos, metadata, and related materials.
By submitting content to Rahmani Records, you confirm that:

Royalties & Payments
Royalty splits, revenue shares, and payment arrangements are determined through mutual agreement between Rahmani Records and the content owner.
Revenue reporting and payments are subject to platform reporting schedules, payment provider processing times, and applicable deductions.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Meta, Amazon Music, Deezer, Anghami, and others.
Users acknowledge that content distributed through these platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
